An emergency can strike anyone – a father who suffers a heart attack, a child who chokes and stops breathing, a colleague who collapses at work.

Sign up for an American Red Cross class and learn how to save a life. Participants will able to earn their Red Cross CPR certificates

As a leader in health and safety training, the Red Cross empowers people to save lives. Last year, nearly 150,000 people in the Bay Area learned how to respond to emergencies and keep themselves and their families safe through Red Cross courses. Each course is taught by certified instructors and combines hands-on training, audiovisuals and instructor-led demonstrations and discussions. Courses are available in first aid, CPR, automated external defibrillator (AED) use, pet first aid, California Childcare, and other lifesaving skills.
